Day the 15th at Fort McCoy

Today went roughly as anticipated, except that I scored even higher on the second exam than on the first. That gave me a Superior rating for the course overall. Also, because of the time the first bus from base leaves for the airport tomorrow, I and two of the other three people here from my unit signed out early. We’ll be on our way before dawn, even though our flight isn’t scheduled to depart until five hours after we reach the airport.

Tonight I’m looking to have a big steak and a big beer at a restaurant/sports bar here on base.

Tomorrow I start home.
