Fandom Snowflake Challenge, Day 5

Leave feedback for a fanwork. Or multiple fanworks. It can be as simple as I liked this to a detailed list of all the things you loved about the fanwork. The key is to leave some sort of feedback.

If you’ve already left feedback in the course of a previous challenge, it totally counts. But you’re free to leave more feedback.

Afterwards, leave a comment in this post with the equivalent of “I did it!” If you feel so inclined, leave a link to the fanwork you left feedback for so others can check it out.

I went ahead and did two feedbacks, and in both cases it was for something I’d read previously but failed to comment on at the time.

First, sroni did an “End of Watch” fic about seven months ago, and it didn’t really get much recognition … which is something of a shame, because even as a short piece, it was definitely one of her better works. Check out “Used to Be” and see for yourself.

Second, a recent rec list from sparrow2000 — here — took me back to “Rank Outsiders”, also relatively recent (June 2015, last year’s summer_of_giles): a Giles-Lindsay meeting in the kind of venue such supernatural types seem to frequent, with not-too-surprising results.

In both cases, the stories well deserve more feedback from more people. That’s a hint.
