A couple of recs

It’s been more than a while since I did a genuine fic rec, but I ran across these accidentally, and they’re definitely worth recommending. “Once Upon a Night in Sunnydale” is, of course, a Buffyfic, longer than most of its type but carrying quite a bit of substance. “How Veronica Mars Learned Patience” is shorter but still impressive in an entirely different way. Both are by doqz, who giddily ranges across fandoms but seems to take each one seriously. By all means, read and comment.

Really liked the Buffy one, not sure about the other one - don't know Hawaii 5-0 well enough, though the Veronica Mars part seemed true to character.

I’ve barely watched two episodes of the new Hawaii Five-0 (I gave it a shot, it just didn’t grab me), but the VM segment seemed deeply true to character.
