When it rains, it verily pours. I’ve already commented on my recent nominations at the Gotta Have Faith Awards (October 14) and Sunnydale Memorial Fanfiction Awards (October 18). Now I have a new e-mail advising me of a slew of nominations at Round 9 of the Running With Scissors Awards. Whoever likes me, likes me a LOT.

This time, the list is longer. My cup runneth over, indeed!

• “Whisper of a Moment” in Rigor (stories over 10,000 words)
• “Beg to Differ” in Special Hell (NC-17/MA stories)
• “Otherwise a Perfect Sky” in Who’s Huh With What?! (Unconventional Couple) and Hairy Eyeball (Reader’s Choice)

As is my standard statement when I receive nominations (but have I ever before been set up at three separate sites in the same month?), I urge everyone to go, check out all the stories nominated there, submit your own favorites for nomination, and cast your vote for the most deserving candidates.
