Fifty-fifth day in China – August 14 Thursday

This was a slow day, and I’m not going to try and present it as anything else. Susan and I woke up to overcast-easing-into-rain, and before afternoon we were seeing brief thunderstorms. We elected to stay in the apartment, and did, getting our lunch and dinner from McDonald’s. The rest of the day was spent reading and (Susan) watching videos.

These are the days of our lives.
