aadler | Remix Reveal

This was a trial for me. I’ve really been looking forward to the 26th, so I could 1) publish my own authorship, and 2) see who else had done what. Unfortunately, because the approved time was noon EDT … well, I’m eight hours ahead of Eastern Daylight Time, meaning I had to wait until (for me) 8 PM before the games could begin.

Now that the deadline has passed, here we are. My remix was “Family Skeletons (the We Put the ‘Funk’ in ‘Dysfunctional’ Remix)”, done from “Loose Ends” by M. Scott Eiland (

eilandesq). I’ll be reposting it here in the next day or so.

Given the restrictions of Internet access in my current location, I had time to read only a few stories, but was willing to make a guess or two. I thought that the remix done for me, “Abandon Hope (the Mary Quite Contrary remix)”, might have been done by

nwhepcat, and that “Reaping the Whirlwind (Boom Boom Ba Remix) ” looked a lot like

liz_marcs’ work.

I was wrong on at least one: “Abandon Hope” was done by

snickfic. Ah, well, I can think of worse things than being mistaken for

nwhepcat.

Now I need to post replies to the nice people who commented on “Family Skeletons”.
