aadlerThis morning, on the way to the hospital to pick up Susan once her shift ended, I stopped at a doughnut shop to get something for the two of us. She likes cinnamon rolls, so I asked for one of those, plus three plain glazed doughnuts …
… except when I actually gave the order, “plain glazed” wasn’t what came out. What I said was “three plaized glane”.
And so it goes.
