Yeah, well, I joined the fire department because it was dangerous, too -- what nobody told me is that it was also dirty, cold, hot, wet, boring, and frustrating. I'll bet you know exactly what I'm talking about! We don't get shot at all that often, though, and I've never been shipped off to another country.
