Kind of hard to figure Harmony’s conscience. Canon doesn’t show much evidence of her having one. I’ve extrapolated things to show her being aware that there’s something there she should be able to feel, but she can’t quite grasp it.
As for Dustin, well, we’ll just have to see on that.
