Circle of Friends continues

 
I didn’t make any post here acknowledging it, but Phase 1 of this year’s Circle of Friends Remix (cof_remix) has been completed happily and successfully. We had two new participants, dragonyphoenix and velvetwhip, both of whom were remixing for the first time, and I believe the results were definitely to their credit.

The listing is as follows:

    • velvetwhip remixed eilandesq, with “Comeback”
    • eilandesq remixed dragonyphoenix, with “Blood and Chocolate”
    • dragonyphoenix remixed aadler, with “The Man” (Part 1 and Part 2)
    • sroni remixed evil_little_dog, with “Falling From Your Grace”
    • evil_little_dog remixed sroni, with “Normal Days”

(There was one full round, aadler through dragonyphoenix, and then sroni and evil_little_dog remixing each other. I’d prefer to do an unbroken round — as we’ve always done in the past — but this way allowed every participant to remix, and be remixed by, someone he/she hadn’t had before.)

I urge anyone who enjoys Buffyfic to check out these stories, and express your appreciation to the authors. As to the remix done for me, I thought dragonyphoenix’s “The Man” was a total hoot from beginning to end.
