Dealing with one right now where I got notice that a prescription had been delivered — even though I specifically told them not to auto-ship anything unless I had provided an address — but when I returned to the place where I’d received my last prescription, they didn’t have anything. The mail tracking only gave a city, not an address, so now I have to contact the VA or the post office to establish just where they DID deliver it.
