And the trek continues

Out of Oklahoma now, and staying a few days in a park about 90 minutes from Amarillo. Saturday, Susan and I visited the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City. Spent hours there, and could have made a day of it if she hadn’t got tired. We’re taking our time this trip, drive a day and then rest a couple of days. No rush, and even after we get to Arizona we’ll probably change locations every month or so.

Travel is hard on her, but — once she rests — this is better for us than staying put back in our ‘home’ town. Living for months in our ‘tiny house’ isn’t quite a hardship, but she’s happier when we’re going places and seeing things.

Let’s see what shows up for us tomorrow, then.
