The main thing is just dealing with it. By all accounts, Churchill suffered from periodic bouts of severe depression his entire life; he didn’t let them prevent him from doing what needed doing. He accomplished more with greater obstacles, so surely I (with enormously lesser obstacles) can do better than I’ve been doing.
